Good morning (at least here in so Cal),
I have scanned the forums and have found the issue, and an apparent resolution to the issues of many, but, unfortunately, not for me.
My Sense was working great, and this morning after getting up I put it on the charger while I was getting ready for work.
I put it back on, and hit the button, and all I got was a big Rex X, and "Data not cleared, sync and try again".
I tried everything recommended in the forums, and nothing seems to work. I tried the factory reset, and still nothing (I can't get it to vibrate after holding for about 10 seconds, release, and hold down immediately again).

Hi @rjhoward1 That is not good at all. I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support and hopefully they can help you.
