I have recently changed outfit on my Bitmoji and when I went to Sync the clockface, it was asking me to connect to Snapchat again. Snapchat and Bitmoji apps are both connected and the Snapchat app says that there is a connection to Fitbit, however the Bitmoji clockface still says "Connect". I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps, restarted my Sense, unconnected and reconnected Snapchat and Bitmoji. Everything works except the connection between Fitbit and Snapchat which still just says "Connect".
How do I get the Fitbit to connect to Snapchat? I follow all the steps and yet it just sits at "Connect" and doesn't change to Connected.
I've created a new Snapchat account and it still won't connect so the problem seems to be the connection between Fitbit and Snapchat, not my account.
Please help!

It's likely because you need to still connect your Snapchat to Fitbit, see here
After that you need to keep the phone awake while the Bitmoji "teleports" to your watch.

Following this thread, I have Fitbit Sense, tried also the same procedure above, still no avail. After clicking connect , then it goes to snapchat log in, after log in, it goes back to Fitbit app, but still say “connect” and not show anything.
Please help!

@DramaQueenDiva Thanks for your response however the issue is that Fitbit is not connecting to Snapchat.

Thanks @ynn.jp Glad it’s not just me. Hope someone from Fitbit / Google will fix soon. Or even acknowledge the problem
