Black Screen

My Fitbit Sense screen went black and I am unable to charge it as well as to getting it to turn back on, I have tried to hard reboot/restart the Fitbit but with no joy.

Hi @dbpierc10.

 

Have you tried cleaning the pins on the back of the Sense? Also confirm that the little pins on the charging cable are not stuck in. The springs on these aren't very strong and I find sometimes one is not fully extended. 

 

If none of these help, then I think your only option will be customer support (here).
