Bluetooth connection phone is showing that the pairing is rejected by sense devise so unable to sync

Syncing stopped tried switching off phone and sense device no luck. On the phone bluetooth has identified  that the pairing has been rejected by sense device it appears that the bluetooth software on device not working

Hi @pjking  - try the following steps

  • Remove the Bluetooth entries for the Sense on your phone
  • Logout of the Fitbit App
  • Clear storage cache and force stop it and swipe off the active window
  • Restart both again
  • Login and go to the phone home screen without closing the app
  • Click on the sync popup
  • Wait for the pair and link prompts and sync

If that is not working chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they can help with the next steps.

All sorted closed app and unistall reinstalled app deleted devise and reinstated devise all worked thanks Sent from my SAMSUNG Galaxy S7 on the Telstra Mobile Network
