I can connect to the headphones just fine. No audio will play through the watch. I tried the spotify app and the music controls app, neither will work. No audio on calls either. Any ideas?

@Rainsong4 re phone calls - have you set up calls on the wrist within Fitbit app? Have you paired with Fitbit Controls in your phone Bluetooth settings? If yes, forget it and pair again.
If this does not restore audio, try connecting sense with different audio device like bt speaker to check if it's sense problem or a mere compatibility issue with your earbuds.

What kind of headphones did you use to connect to your Fitbit sense? I have about 5 different types of headphones/earbuds and they can't connect to my watch.
