Hi @SunsetRunner - as you have a P30 which is a bit special try chatting with support via the Fitbit app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support

I've been there. They sent me a replacement watch which is doing the
same thing.

@SunsetRunner - you can replace the watch but if it is a phone issue it won't help, as you have discovered. It is a fix for the phone that is needed.
