I have followed the troubleshooting guidance but its not working - the Sense tells me its connected then then app tries to download the software and I get a red X on the Sense screen. I have switched off all bluetooth devices, rebooted my Samsung S10 Android many times, rebooted the Sense many times.......I have run out of option and 3 days after buying it its still not working. Help pls.
