Owned my sense for about a week now. I've installed the SpO2 app. But all clock faces are "frozen" except time and date. and nothing shows up in health metrics - other than "install tracker app" (which I already did).

so I think you might misunderstand how it currently working if you have the app and you downloaded the sp02 watch face you will not seeing any info until you sleep with the watch on and I believe it necessary to swipe right on the watch turn on sleep mode when you go to bed then it starts calculating sp02 info all you will see is next day you turn off sleep mode charge your watch up and now your watch with give a % number for me 96% as for seeing this info in the app I'm not sure if you need premium or not but it doesn't give you much info you will get more info from a finger sensor then what you will out of fitbit sense also having sp02 reduces some battery life just a heads up don't every expect the watch to stay charged for 5 days i have sp02 and have always on for the watch face and strong vibrations i get exactly two days of life but in reality i charge my watch every day regardless.

What I found is that I need to turn permissions on for the clock face. By default everything is off. I don't think I need to do anything else except have an SpO2 clock face.
