Brand New Today and Screen won't go past opening

Hi - I just got the Sense this afternoon - it is fully charged - I have linked it thru the app and it recognizes the Sense - but on the Sense itself I can't find a way to get past that opening screen where is keeps saying to download the app and keeps changing languages on the screen with the down arrow.

I tried going in the app and loading a watch face - nothing happens.

What do I need to do to get this watch working?

While waiting for an answer 🙂  I hooked up the watch again - then uninstalled the app on the phone - reinstalled - linked again and then it went thru an update and now I can see stuff on the watch - yayyyyy - OK - time to play 🙂  I'm sure I'll have more questions later ... lol
