Brand new fit bit sense won’t turn on

I bought the fit bit sense today, and it already has stopped working. Even though it was nearly 100% charged, the fit bit is no longer responsive at all. The side button does not activate the fit bit and charging it doesn’t change anything either. I have checked to make sure the charger has good connection and I have checked other basic issues that could be the culprit. Still, it doesn’t even turn on anymore.

Hi @Lucased - it would seem the charge cable is faulty but your watch might be good. There is a common fault with one of the 4 pins not being as prominent as the others.

Get a new charge cable from the store or return the whole thing for a refund and buy a new one.

Hi, @Lucased, welcome to the community, I note your "Sense" is fully charged. Allowing you have set up and paired your "Sense" to your mobile phone as demonstrated in this video I suggest you talk to "Customer Support", and use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
