I got a brand new Sense a few days ago ... i charged it to 100% then i downloaded the fitbit app , then I followed instructions to set up the sense but it always fail to set up !!!! I'm really frustrated of how many hours i spent trying again and again to set it up ...every time it stuck at 5% then it says setup failed ... I tried every solution mentioned and it just wont work !!! all i have now is a watch with a blank screen that does nothing !!! I'm really annoyed of how i got a watch that it doesn't at least shows time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
would you please fix this ....

Hello @Khaled.dayea and welcome to the Help forum. I think the best way for you to get help is to contact Support. You can chat with a tech who will go through all the steps. It's also possible that you have a defective device.

what device are you trying to set up your watch on? I was original told the app would work on my laptop i didn't own a cell phone i had a old iPad but it was to old to download the app so only app i was able to download was on my laptop a windows laptop Fitbit no longer supports windows version of the app so i couldn't set up my watch either. BUT my friend walked into the house he just bought a new cell phone so i asked if i could borrow his cell phone for about 25 minutes and that how i set up my fitbit sense watch. From my understanding you need a cell phone to install the firmware into the watch after that i guess it will work with new tablets that have andriod or ios and Mac computer and laptops. Borrow a cell phone for 25 minutes if you don't have one. I hope this info helps you out
