Hi. I love fitbit and have had a few over the years. I currently have the fitbit sence. I love the watch and use it for running as well as a smart watch. The problem is the charger. My watch stopped charging and I realised that 1 of the pins had disappeared into the charger. I brought another a couple of months ago from fitbit. Now the exact same thing has happened again. I keep my charger on the bedside table. It has not been packed in any luggage as Iv not been anywhere. Really getting fed up with this problem.

Are you sure it is the Sense? It doesn't have any pins; back is basically flat and charger attaches magnetically.
However, whichever model, new charger should have warranty. If out of warrant, you might check Amazon; you can probably buy a 2 or 3 pack of chargers for reasonable price and get quickly.

Hi. Yes definitely the sence. It has 4 tiny pins that stick out of the charger. It clips on magnetically. The pins are about 1 mm out of the charger.

I too have loved my fitbits but the charger for the sense is a common problem known to Fitbit. Mine is being replaced however it seems ridiculous that Fitbit won’t use the fastest option for sending given we use our watches every hour of the day. They are very happy to get customers to pay more for shipping new watches the fast way but not when it’s a fault. Their bad I think. Not at all consumer focused and at odds with their brand. I’m grumpy!

Do fitbit have service centre? They need to have one right now. Because my sense charger currently stopped workingz

Hi @Ajaallan - the devices are not repairable - you can buy a new charger online or if it is under warranty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to send you one
