Bugs on the fitbit sense

Lately my fitbit is going worse than usual. It takes several times until i manage to unlock it. It freezes a lot. When answering calls via watch it crashes and disconnects. Battery is working irregularly. Some charges last for 4 days others only for 1....

Sometimes it won't sync, so i have to.open the app on the phone in order to sync wheather stats...sleep stats and so on...

@l0ta have you tried rebooting it? If this doesn't help you may need to factory reset it (wipe it). This will erase all data on your device so sync first. To perform the factory reset, open settings app on your watch, scroll down to About and tap Factory Reset. Once the reset is complete, plug sense to charger and set up again by adding as a replacement device in your Fitbit app.

I would try a shutdown. 

You may also want to set the lock for only Fitbit pay.

It shuts down by itself. I had to shut down several times as well because
on when it fails on calls it starts making a loud contiunuous noise... It
doesn't solve any problem though.
I am sorry, maybe i explained myself badly. I only have lock on fitbit pay.
I mean waking up the screen 🙂

@l0ta no this shouldn't happen. At this point try factory reset but remember NOT to remove Fitbit sense from your account!
