Buying Fitbit Sense in a country that doesn't support ECG

I am currently working in a country where the ECG app is unsupported but my account is based in UK. If I buy the Fitbit Sense now, will I then be able to use the ECG app when I'm in the UK? Or if I keep my location as UK will the app be accessible even in other countries? 

My other options are either to wait till I'm back in UK or just buy the Versa instead

That's an interesting question. My feeling is that if the app/feature is available in the country that your account is registered in it should work. They do not sell different versions of the tracker in different countries.
