Hello!

 

I can't manage to get it working.

 

For example: Google, Call Jennifer Aniston.

Google: Calling Jennifer Aniston...

When she aswers she is on My phone, the beeps aswell the voice .. 

i would like the calls to be om the watch when Calling from it...

The answer is simple but ugly: It is just not supported.

Call answering is right now supported but not to establish a call.

Hopefully it's something we might see in the future. I'd certainly recommend creating a feature suggestion over on the feature suggestions board (here). I did a quick search but couldn't find anything already created. This will allow others to vote for the same feature, allowing Fitbit to gauge how much interest there is.
