Calories in vs calories out

Since switching to the  Sense why have my calories out more than doubled even though I have had to cut back on my daily steps

Hi, @iiijon welcome, It rather depends on what you have switched from. If you check out the online dashboard >log food>in the food plan tile you will see a little gear wheel in the top right>here you can personalise the evaluation of your "burn" linked to past activity. I get an average of about 2500 calories, as I exercise during the day this increases to about 3200. I think this is accurate because if I over or undershoot my intake I get the natural consequence of weight gain/loss. I weigh myself daily.
