Hi so i had the fitbit charge 4 and updated to the sense but my cals burnt while training are way lower than when I used the charge also if I dont wear my watch in bed and out it on in mrning its reading over 600 cals burnt but like 200 when im training for 1hr 🤷:female_sign:🤷:female_sign: can some 1 help out please

The 600 calories in the morning are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just to stay alive. They are always credited, even when not wearing the watch. That should have been the same with your Charge 4 (and all fitbit models).

Calorie burn depends mainly on weight and heart rate. Check your weight is entered at least approximately correct, and look at your heart rate graph during exercise to see if it looks reasonable.
Above assumes exercise session is not manually logged. but is actually measured by tracker.
