Can I change back to active minutes instead of zone minutes

I have recently purchased the sense but I hate the zone minutes, I don’t get any.

I have just done a walk, and practically ran it but still no minutes as my heart rate just doesn’t go up enough, even though I was out of breath when I got back. I hate running, don’t want to run, just want my activity minutes that I had before with the charge 3 so I know I’m doing enough exercise.

I have a slow heart rate anyway so I’m never going to get in those zones.

Unfortunately that's not possible. There are many users like you who would like to have them possibility to choose between the two metrics but Fitbit reply is very firm denying this possibility.

In your case take also in consideration that Sense has a notably very inaccurate HR (say random number generator) hence it is possible that it doesn't properly read your HR and that's why you don't get AZM

I am sooooo frustrated with the Sense and my active minutes! I just got it last week so I can still return. I unfortunately did not read reviews until after the fact and it seems the heart rate is very inaccurate across the board. I know it sounds crazy, but I rely heavily on this feature which worked just fine on my charge 3 and Versa. Just sad that Fitbit does not do anything to fix this ongoing issue since release.
