Can I change the Sense's battery?

Does anybody know if you can get the battery changed in sense 2? Charge is dropping 25% in an hour.

@Af123 I do not believe batteries can be changed in Fitbit devices. If you have a Sense 2, it shouldn't be very old and not be experiencing extreme battery degradation. I would trouble shoot a few things like restart the device or perform a factory reset. It can also be a clock face causing battery drain, especially the SpO2 clock faces. I also believe snore detect drains battery as well.

If checking all the above doesn't work, I'd contact customer support.
