Is there any way to change the information shown on the analog clock face from the ‘always-on’ display?

Thanks for sharing that you have the Sense and I'll help you with your question. If you refer to the Always-On display clock faces made by Fitbit, currently it's not possible to customize the stats that you'll see on it. I understand how helpful it'd be to customize them so you can keep focused on your goals and my best advice is to post this suggestion in the Feature Suggestions board which is often reviewed by our developers to implement improvements on our products. If by any chance you're inquiring about a third-party clock face, you can check the clock description or contact the developers so you can receive more information about it.
