I bought a fitbit sense from Costco last summer, and recently I have been having some problems with it. The screen will go black for periods of time, the watch gets hot and dies really quick.
Costco has a 90 day warranty, so that wont help me. Does fitbit's warranty cover my sense even if I got it through costco?

Hi @LanceNeidhardt - isn't the minimum warranty period 1 year for any shop? Does the 90 day refer to refund?
In Europe minimum warranty is 2 years from any shop.
See if you can get a replacement one over the counter, it saves waiting and you will more than likely get a new one from stock.

Hello @LanceNeidhardt and welcome to the Community. Fitbit's Limited Product Warrany states that it applies to a "product that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel..." Costco isn't listed as a US Authorized retailer, if you are in the US. If you aren't in the US, there is a link to Authorized Retailers in your country at the bottom of every page.
I hope this helps.
