Can I just check that from reading through I can only play music from Spotify, Pandora or Deezer and not from my Apple Music account on my new Sense?

Hi @KSco yes that is correct, unless you have a Spotify, Pandora or Deezer subscription you will not be able to listen to music.

Slight correction to what @SunsetRunner wrote: with Spotify anyway you can't download any music on your Sense, it is just a remote control. So the offer is restricted to just one service, Pandora (for US) and Deezer (rest of the world) and leave out the major players such as the already mentioned Spotify and Apple Music but also Youtube Music and Amazon Music...

Thank you, looks like my sense may have to go back ( gutted) as we already pay for Apple Music as a family.

And this is where Fitbit have shot themselves in the foot as a lot of people are unhappy about the removal of being able to store your own music or use a more popular streaming service.  They'll be people on here who'll say that that is what the users voted for but I for one think it's more to do with commission and deals struck with Pandora and Deezer to attempt to raise their profile.  I always used to listen to music on my Ionic when I ran, but that is now not possible on my Versa 3 as I don't pay for any streaming service.  Again people will say that streaming is the future but i'm sure that there are plenty of people like me who have a large library of CDs stored in MP3 format who now cannot use their Fitbit to listen to the music that they already own.
