The sleep tracker is totally bogus. Consistently inaccurate, terrible accuracy. Useless way of introducing stress into my life. Can I turn of the sleep tracking to save on battery life? For instance I went to sleep at 10 pm but it said I went to sleep at 139 am! Had a terrible night several days ago with score of 72. Next night slept like a baby and felt very rested, score 74. It is so unreliable and inaccurate. Worse than nothing.

Some solutions
1.Take it off at night - then it can't track,
2. Turn it off - get extra battery life
3. Set up a sleep schedule and see if it measures better
4. Make sure its clean and properly positioned to get better results
It does measure other things than sleep, such as SpO2, skin temperature, HRV, breating rate etc.
May be it just takes a little getting use to with a bit lower expectations, its not a medical instrument but a very useful guide and aid to improving health on a long term basis, not night by night.
