Hello @naiffaris. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you very much for your question. At this time, I'd like to let you know that even though it may be ok to shower with our water-resistant devices, not doing so reduces the potential for exposure to soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, which can cause long-term damage to your device and may cause skin irritation. We also don’t recommend wearing any of our devices in a hot tub or sauna.
For more information, please visit: Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Hi @naiffaris Wilson is right. The Sense user manual, page 74, states the operating temperature is maxes out 113 Fahrenheit. Besides, you're not doing many steps in the sauna or hot tub.

Thank you so much for your clarification ,,
this brought another issue, does the chlorine in swimming pool can cause damage?

Considering the health and recovery benefits of steam or sauna, will fitbit consider a releasing watch that can handle these environments? It would be nice to track my time and heart rate while in the steam room. Thanks.

Hasn't affected my watch (chlorine).
