More specifically, I'd like to use a FitBit to help me determine when I start to get angry and alert me, so that I can exit the situation and calm down.

My wife does that for me. 😂
Seriously though. Maybe set the heart rate notification to a certain level?

Hello @Clove6060 and welcome to the Help forum. @Clove6060 has an interesting idea, but I'm not sure it will work. Both the high and low heart rate alerts need you to be "at rest" for 10 minutes before either of them will activate. There are default alerts that are based on age and typical resting heart rate. You can customize the alert, but the lowest High Heart Rate Threshold is 100 bpm. This means you would need to be angry, at rest for at least 10 minutes, with a heart rate faster than 100 bpm. I think you would figure it out on your own by then.
Stress detection is a hot topic in the wearable market. Unfortunately, except for what I described, I don't think the Sense can do what you want.
