Hello!

I use a fitbit sense (first generation) together with an iphone.
When he calls me and I answer from the watch, it sounds very slowly (to understand something, I have to stick the earphone to my ear to understand what he is saying).
Is it a problem with the sense, can the volume be turned up or is it designed that way?

Thank you!

Hi there, @tranda. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.

If you haven't done so yet, please check the following requirements:

If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart the Fitbit device once gain. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Sense Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

On a side note, please note that if you're trying to connect any headphones while using on-wrist calls, specially Airpods, at this time Fitbit smartwatches can't control the volume on Apple Airpods.

I did everything you recommended. It's still very low when I talk to him. I think I will send it under warranty.

Thank you!
