The Caller ID use to work on my Sense, most of the time. Now, it doesn't work at all. Any ideas how to get it to work? I have a iPhone. TIA!

Do you see the number?
1. Try rebooting sense’ (hold button 10 sec til Fitbit logo appears.
2. shut off and turn back on phone.
If not work can always re establish on wrost
calls.

follow @Clove6060 instructions and if still persists then remove the sense from Fitbit App and rejoin it. make sure to sync it before removing the device.

Hi, @rb66102 , It's clear something has changed to interrupt the notification on your "Sense" from the Phone.
