Can't accept calls on my Sense

I was able to set up on wrist calls.  Outgoing through assistant is working.  Incoming is displayed but the accept and reject buttons are not responding to my touch.

Thanks for the details provided. Aside of those buttons, are you able to open apps or navigate through your Sense screen? If that's correct, please give a try to the following steps:

1. Remove the Sense Controls from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Restart your watch.
4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
5. Set up on-wrist calls on your Sense one more time and keep me posted.
