For some strange reason I am unable to go into my settings on my Sense and check Normal in the Display Settings and Motion and Button for the wake setting. I am stuck with Dim and Button settings only. My battery is at 87% right now and I have tried updating the settings while it was charging. I also tried a restart. This is so frustrating!

I kept searching the community forum and found that it somehow got stuck on sleep mode (which I never used or even knew existed). Thankful my problem is solved 👍

Hello @LisaLisa86 and welcome to the Community. The touch screen is very sensitive and it is easy to make changes without realizing it. Sleep mode and being able to set a schedule for it is a game changer for many users. They complained that the bright screen on their Fitbit would wake them when they rolled over. Once I started a walk on the exercise app by brushing across the screen. My Fitbit woke me when it vibrated to let me know the GPS connected.
Accidental Sleep Mode activation is a VERY common occurrence.
