Shortcut Function does not work when I go into Settings on my watch. I've restarted many times with no luck.
Is this because a recent update?
I need to update my shortcuts on my watch but I can't even access it.

Hi there, @spcmn1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you're still having issues trying to access the shortcuts on your Sense. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
May I know if there is any other app you cannot access on your Sense? Is your Sense crashing whenever you try accessing the shortcuts?
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello,
All other apps are functioning fine. When I click on Shortcuts, it doesn't lead anywhere. All other settings are accessible, though.

@spcmn1 Thanks for getting back and for the update.
Besides the restart you've done, have you tried changing the clock face as recommended in my previous post?

@spcmn1 Thanks for confirming that!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Sense. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please sync your Sense and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
