Not able to activate the location in app

@Shwjais Thanks for getting back. 

To set up the Weather app:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device > Gallery Weather.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. By default, the Weather app shows your current location, which can't be deleted. Add up to 2 additional locations you want to see in the Weather app.
  4. Sync your device with the Fitbit app. It can take a few minutes to see the updated list of locations on your device.

If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, make sure you've checked this help article I've shared above.
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.

Hello there, @Shwjais. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. 

To better assist you, may I know why you want to activate the location? Do you want to use the GPS?
