Bought a premium gift card from Best Buy and can't add it to my account.

Thanks for the details provided. Just to confirm, do you refer to the Wallet app not accepting your gift card from Best Buy? If that's correct, let me explain that currently Fitbit Pay accepts credit or debit cards for the top banks in the US and 200+ banks internationally in 27+ countries. I understand how helpful it'd be to add gift or rewards cards to this app, and please know our team continues working on ways to improve the Fitbit Pay experience. I found this request posted in the Feature Suggestions board and I'd encourage you to support it by adding your vote. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.
