I am tryng to add a credit card from a Fitbit Pay participating bank via the Fitbit app and keep getting the error message: "This card was already added to you Fitbit Pay account. You cannot add teh same card to you wallet multiple times."
I cannot see the card on my Sense (it says "no cards have been added to your wallet"), I tried deactivating Fitbit Pay via the browser dashboard, I tried the process described here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Cannot-add-credit-card-to-Fitbit-Pay-on-Sense/td-p/4962530 - all no luck.
Anyone have any ideas?
SOLVED: I uninstalled the Fitbit app and removed the Sense from Bluetooth. Then I re-installed the app and paired the Sense again. Now I was able to set up a credit card.
BTW: I'm using an iPhone
