I have sense Fitbit and got it Christmas Day !!!
it is very frustrating to change out of swim mode , tapping screen, pushing button at side , it takes a while as it shows the screen lock sign on left hand side , at times it take up to 4hrs to clear and it does that itself !!
I have to take it off my wrist.
I didn’t expect to be having problems within 30 days of switching it on ???

Hi @SunsetRunner - to end a swim it's double press of the button, in order to avoid an accidental operation of the watch due to water passing over the screen.
First practice using the button to turn on/off the screen till you get used to using the button.

Yes that is working for me pressing the side button, it’s a matter of practicing touching it twice as it’s very sensitive.
Thanks for the tip

Hi @788084 - the button on the side is an indentation which takes|s a bit of practice.
With the watch in normal mode and worn on the left arm, place your thumb on the left and first finger on the right and gently squeeze, so the fleshy part of your thumb covers the indentation.
You should be able to turn the screen on and off with single short presses.
Don't try using a finger nail to operate it.
