Can’t change temp units and doesn’t show correct charge status

My unit says 100% charge, the app shows 76%. Since I see no response from the company to

any of these issues I have to believe they don’t monitor. Anybody out there have any ideas?

Swipe up on the app to close then reopen app and sync.

Hi @MarylisaM  - as @Clove6060  says the watch is probably not syncing.

 

If it doesn't sync you will see different battery levels and the watch won't reflect a change in temperature units for weather, even if changed on the phone.

Nope— wasn’t syncing but the C vs F problem was solved w/ an app setting. That said, the two Sense units I’ve had were full of problems that I never had w/ the Versa. Thanks!!
