Can't change the clock face on my Sense

Trying to change clock face from clock gallery but nothing happens. Used to work fine till yesterday.

Hi @Doriano - it is possible that your phone is not syncing properly.

 

To check, on the watch, press and hold the center of the screen, Clocks app will start [ if not swipe face left and start it] and change clock face.

 

If that works maybe trying restarting both watch and phone - see also Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

 

Also sometimes logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it may help if the watch is syncing.

 

On the off chance something changed try using mobile only [by turning off wifi], if that works check the items in No internet connection

@Doriano-  there may have been an issue with the Fitbit servers.
