Got a new phone, and migrated all my data.
I am trying to get my voice assistant working again but I am not having any luck.
After selecting "Amazon Alexa" I sign in, and and select "Allow" and then I get a pop-up that says:
"Unable to connect"
"There was an error connecting to your Amazon account. Please try again".
Here is what I have done.:
And nothing worked. I'm out of ideas.

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @jgauthier.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation when trying to connect with Alexa using your Sense. I appreciate the explanation of the steps you did to improve the situation.
I recommend you to contact Amazon customer service, since the message specifically says they're unable to connect to your Amazon account.

Having same issue. Did you find a solution?

Nope. I haven't wanted to open a ticket with Amazon, because they'll just point back to Fitbit. But tonight I will

Fitbit points to Amazon.
Amazon points to Fitbit.
Guess it's just a function I've lost access to forever.

It's not just Fitbit. I have other apps that are failing on my new phone. Those apps seem to work fine if they're not connected to Bluetooth.

This has got to be a Fitbit app issue. Something to do with how it utilizes Bluetooth protocols. I listen to music on Muzio player for 10 minutes with Bluetooth off. I listen for another 5 minutes with Bluetooth on. Music continued to play nonstop. But within a minute of opening the Fitbit app, my player stopped.
