Can't customize or change clock faces on my Sense

As of today I cannot customize any clockface on my sense.  Also doesn't seem to be syncing the clockfaces properly.  Anyone having same problem, or a fix?

Hi @Kbs24 - the new version 4 Fitbit App has syncing problems sometimes, as a first step try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch and phone.

Thanks.....Tried, no luck with customizing. Get white screen on app. App
needs another update, asap....

@Kbs24 - thanks for trying, when you logout also swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone again. It may help as it clears information that can persist.

If not, this seems to be another fault in the new V4 Fitbit App.

The only way I was able to fix this was to reinstall an older version of
the Fitbit app and block auto updates. Works fine now.

Where did you find an older version? I tried doing that and the app kept crashing.

I just bought my husband a fitbit sense and we can't customize watch faces. We bought it specifically so he could use Glance watch face to interact with his dexcom. What a waste of money.

I'm also having this issue. When choosing a customizable clock face in the app and then clicking "customize" or even the "settings" options, it goes to a blank white screen and nothing happens. Nothing has helped so far, but I haven't tried downloading an older version of the app. Yet.
