As of today I cannot customize any clockface on my sense. Also doesn't seem to be syncing the clockfaces properly. Anyone having same problem, or a fix?

@Kbs24 - thanks for trying, when you logout also swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone again. It may help as it clears information that can persist.
If not, this seems to be another fault in the new V4 Fitbit App.

Best AnswerI just bought my husband a fitbit sense and we can't customize watch faces. We bought it specifically so he could use Glance watch face to interact with his dexcom. What a waste of money.
Best AnswerI'm also having this issue. When choosing a customizable clock face in the app and then clicking "customize" or even the "settings" options, it goes to a blank white screen and nothing happens. Nothing has helped so far, but I haven't tried downloading an older version of the app. Yet.
