I want to download the new clock face via the Fitbit app on my phone,my phone's connecting WiFi, n WiFi networks is no problems!!  but it only only showed me no internet all the time, i tried deleted the Fitbit app n reinstall again...same problem.... What's wrong with the fitbit app?

Hi there, @Keating. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. 

In efforts to try solving this issue, I recommend following the steps below:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Once it appears as connected, try installing the clock face or apps making sure it's one at a time.
