I can't get the app loaded on my phone.

Need more details. Did you just get the sense? Has the app worked before? What type of phone do you have? Is your phone compatible with the sense?

Hi, @TL9, welcome to the community, most phones are compatible with the Fitbit app but some need special care Fitbit-compatible devices provides advice, note you must be running Apple IOS13 or higher or Android 8 or higher. 

If you can provide more detail we may be able to offer advice, make & model of the phone? have you loaded the Fitbit app on the phone in the past? do you have a reliable connection to the internet?
