I bought a Sense for my wife and I've tried everything but can't figure a few things out.
Where is Google Assistant? It says it's built in but I can't find it and there is no documentation anywhere online about how to use it.
Where is the ECG? Where is the oxygen reading?
Fitbit Coach refuses to update and it won't stop trying so the app doesn't respond when you try to download anything. How do you fix that?
How do you switch the 24 hour time? I can't find the option anywhere.
How do you use the side button? It seems nearly impossible to use, we both keep trying to push it and it only occasionally senses your finger.
This thing seems to crash or freeze a lot. Is there a fix?
My wife had the original Versa before this and she loved it but wanted something a little more advanced and closer to a smart watch but so far this seems very buggy and not as usable as the Versa. My wife asked me of this thing was still on beta since it seems half the features that are advertised seem missing and it is so slow and buggy. I'm not sure if we just got a defective unit or if this is just normal.

I can comment on a few of those points.
Not all advertised features are available yet. The press release says "Google Assistant coming winter 2020"

I found that the Coach app took much longer to update than any other app (~20 minutes) How long did you let it try?
You can choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks in the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile (you need to sync after saving any changes to update the tracker)
The side button takes some getting used to. I have found that pressing on the bottom edge of the Sense making sure that your finger / thumb covers the whole "button" has a better chance of success.
I've not had any crashes / freezes yet. I hope this doesn't mean that yours has a defect.

Thanks for the reply. I must have missed where it said all of those features were not yet available. It's a little disappointing that they shipped the watch missing all of the features that they advertised, I would have gotten her a Galaxy watch if I had known that.
I'll check with the web portal to try and change to the 24 hour time.
As far as the Coach not updating, we tried to get it to either update or figure out how to make it cancel and it's been trying to update for 9 hours now and still won't update. The pink line just moves back and forth left and right like it can't load or something. It's frustrating because it won't let it do anything else like download new apps or watch faces because it is stuck forever trying to update Coach and there is no option to cancel. We've tried restarting both her phone and the watch.
