Can't find Alexa on my Sense

After following the guide from How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch? I can not find the alexa app on my sense. The connection in the fitbit app on my phone was created successfully. What is wrong? How can I get this to work?

Yes I have that icon in the Fitbit app on My IPhone and logged in to my Amazon account

So depending on how you set Alexa up. 

Either hold in the button or double tap the button. 

Alternative is to swipe over to the alexa app and tap.

But that’s the problem. Can’t setup the shortcuts because Alexa is not an option and I am missing the Alexa app on the sense
