Can't find ECG app to download on Fitbit Sense

I am trying to download the ECG app. I have a new Sense, have version 44.128.4.17 on the device and just downloaded version 3.40 of the Fitbit App on my iPhone. When I follow the instructions and go to Today>Profile>Sense>Apps>All Apps the message I get is "Nothing found. Try Golf, Exercise, Music, etc. I have restarted the device and the phone. Still nothing. I am based in the US. Help!
