my sense is break down, does not turn on or charge. I can´t find serial number and i don´t have the box, i threw away

Let me help you with your inquiry.
The serial number of your Fitbit device only can be found in the box right below the bar code. If you are looking for this number to contact support, let me tell you that they can track your device without the need of having the serial number. You just need to verify the email address associated to your Fitbit account to do so.
If your device won't turn on nor charge, try restarting your Sense by following the instructions in our help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@analuisarebelo There is still a way to find your serial number without the box.
Please follow the instructions in this thread where I helped someone find the serial number for their Luxe.
I tapped on my link and it still works. It seems a little complicated, because you need to decode the number/letter sequence.
