I got my new Fitbit Sense and downloaded the Bitmoji clock face, that I had on my Versa, and I can't get it to teleport. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, I restarted my phone, I even disconnected Snapchat and the Bitmoji apps and reconnected them and it still won't work. It just says "connected preparing to teleport" but there is no percentage to show it's working. Can anyone help with this?

Once I deleted the Bitmoji clock face from my app and added it back, the teleport worked.

What worked for me on my Android is making sure I had 5 bars on my phone! I tried a couple days on either wifi or data but noticed it finally worked when I had 5 bars, I also redownload Fitbit, Bitmoji and Snapchat and logged into all of them, I think you just have to have a pretty strong phone signal.
