My husband and I both have a Sense and have had them plugged in for about a week - now we can't get them to turn on. How does that work?

Hi @cherylnrldon some reason you left them charging for so long? It doesn't take that long to get them fully charged. If you haven't already, check out the Sense area where there are specific articles, videos and illustrations to assist you. click to go to that area. You might want to read the "How to get started with the Sense" first.

I don't wear it all the time - and I've been out of town and left it on the charger.It doesn't vibrate when I hold the button down to turn on
