I set up my Fitbit with my iPad because I was feeling lazy but I can’t sync with my phone. I can see the stats but can’t sync. Now I had to delete the app from my phone and it’s wanting me to link but the sense won’t appear. Any advice? I have restarted both devices

Hi @handelsbankplz - if the watch is connected to the iPad it can't also be connected to the phone.
Turn off the Bluetooth on the iPad and any other nearby Bluetooth devices, logout of the Fitbit App on the phone and restart the phone and watch.
Login again to the phone Fitbit App, it may connect properly, if not go to the phone home screen without closing the App and click on the sync popup, wait for the pair and link to complete and try to sync again, with a pull down on the App to sync..
