Can't login to my account

I cannot login to my account if I try to login through the web it says "error 1006 access denied the owner of this website has banned your IP address" and if I try to login through the app it says invalid email/password hence I know that both are correct and I also tried clearing the cache and uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it again and rebooting the device but the problem is still persists

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
