Sometime recently I lost the ability to modify alarms on my Fitbit Sense.
The alarms I have set and enabled trigger as expected, at the right time.
I can open the Alarms App on the Sense and see all the alarms.
I can enable/disable alarms by tapping the alarm icon on the right.
When I tap an alarm in the list to change the time or days the app appears to try to transition to the alarm set screen (the screen flickers breifly), but ends up back on the list screen. I'm unable to get to the set screen to change the time or days.
I'm unable to delete an alarm.
My Sense firmware version is 44.128.6.17

Hi @drewjcooper - this is due to an OS corruption, if it is temporary a restart will fix it, press & hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.
If not it will need a factory reset which can be dangerous because sometimes it fails and you can lose the whole watch, it also means setting up the watch all over again.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, to get help with it.
It is a good idea to first note the names of any special clocks or apps you use in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, and any special settings.
