Hi @sickalta - you can't pair your watch using the phone's Bluetooth.
Instead login to the Fitbit App and if it is already installed it may prompt you and connect, if not use setup a device (or Add more devices, and replace existing watch), see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @sickalta. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. We're here to help you!
If the steps recommended by @Guy_ don't work, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you have any questions regarding the outcome of your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team again. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. Thanks in advance!
